To many fur is a material which substitutes the meaning of elegance, and snobbish behaviour. But that's a way too stereotypical view, for all i know if fashion designers and luxurious brands use this natural source, its definately done in a humane matter ( unlike the chinese manufacturers who brutally kill animals), LUCKILY we still have faux fur to chose from and thank God, that it got invented! :) this way we can happily enjoy the fur trend and add it to our fall jackets/coats/trenches. As for Roberto Cavalli, he always has some kind of fur attachment to his designs during fall, if not always then at least now just like Louis Vuitton and Lanvin :)
use of fur for this season:
-in brown & black & grape red ( avoid white no matter what ;] )
-with leather jackets..looks really cool in this combination (as a collar at the top)
-a piece of fur attachment to our bags, i prefer the brown kind, but black with a gray bag for instance doesnt look bad as well.
-around the neck as a scarf but "over head", that way we dont have to mess with twirling the scarf all around our neck
-as a vest!..yes this is one of my fav's, we wear it on top of any shirt we want but it gives a great extravagant look no matter on how casual we go out :) + and it's a great addition to the image if we add a wide tweed hat! perfect for fall, ill put up an example of my outfit in the next post ;) <3
- in shoes...this is a LESS is more idea, so lets not wear yeti shoes which have fur all over them, but just a little hint around our ankle will do the trick, a good addable to boots
- hats..yeah, a ALL fur hat is a great accessorie, so put it on and rock it but with simple coats! it can't be ovedone :)
These are my top picks on how to use fur this season, im sure there is more but im just mentioning the ones I would wear. So lets cuddle up once it gets cold in fuzzy materialll xoxo
